How long will it take my order to arrive?
At Living After Coffee ™, we produce our products right after each order. Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. After producing them, average delivery times are 2-5 business days, depending on your location. If it is an international order (We are based in Barcelona), most packages arrive within one to two weeks, although it can take four to six depending on how the destination is handled by the destination country. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our part to speed up that process.
Track your order
When your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the tracking information and a link where you can check the status of your orders. As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive an SMS or an email from our courier companies.
If the tracking number does not work immediately, don't worry. It may take a few hours for the shipping company to enter the tracking information into your system. Wait a few minutes and try again.
If your order is international and passes through customs, we are not responsible for the expenses that may entail or for the delay in delivery that this may generate.
Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?
Some shipping providers do not offer real-time tracking information; it may take several days to update them. But you can be sure that your package is on the way.
How to change the shipping address after placing the order?
If your shipping address has changed and this affects an order already placed, you should contact us as soon as possible. Through email, phone or Instagram chat. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can modify the shipping address details. In case the order has already been shipped, we will have to wait until it is returned to our warehouse to send it again to the correct address.
How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay by card with a debit or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express) and through PayPal.
To buy with PayPal, select this payment method and click 'Confirm payment'. Then you will be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you change your mind, don't worry! You can cancel / modify your order as long as it has not been processed (that is, it has not left our premises). Send us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. The amount paid will be reimbursed in a period of 3 to 5 business days.
